Meet Amber! This sweet little girl is estimated to be about one year old. She was found tied to a tree at a local boarding kennel one chilling morning when everyone came into work. Amber weighs about 40 pounds and is even prettier than her pictures look! She is in foster care with three other dogs and is getting along great with them. She is also house trained.
