Description
Twiggs was found by a good samaritan and taken to our local vet. She was completely emaciated and had a huge bump on her head. She is currently in a foster home doing very well. Twiggs was quite shy at first, but has since come out of her shell, playing with many other small pups at the foster home. She is about a year old and fully vetted.
